On a daily basis, the most ideal time is in the afternoon, starting from 4:30 PM WIB. The air temperature begins to cool down, and visitors can enjoy the transition of light from bright to dusk. However, for those who want to see the bustling fresh fish market directly from the boats, come in the morning around 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM WIB.

Conservation and Environmental Protection

The conservation status at Lhok Bubon Beach heavily relies on the collective awareness of the community and local government. Given that this area was severely impacted by the 2004 Tsunami tragedy, the awareness of the importance of a green belt is very high. Reforestation with cemara udang and mangrove trees in several locations are tangible efforts for disaster mitigation and preserving coastal biodiversity.

Visitors are strongly encouraged to practice the Leave No Trace concept. The prohibition of dumping plastic waste into the sea and damaging coral reefs is socially enforced by the local community to ensure that the beach's ecological functions remain preserved for future generations.

Access to Lhok Bubon Beach is quite easy. From the city center of Meulaboh, the journey takes about 15-20 minutes by two-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicles via the well-paved West Sumatra cross-road. Signposts to the location are clearly available at the main intersections of Samatiga District.

Supporting facilities in the tourist area are continuously developing, including:

• Spacious vehicle parking area under the shade of trees.
• Musholla for prayer facilities.
• Culinary stalls (jambo) offering Acehnese specialties and young coconuts.
