Kaloy Hot Springs is located about 50 to 60 kilometers from the center of Kualasimpang, the capital of Aceh Tamiang. The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on weather conditions. Although road infrastructure is continuously being improved, some sections of the road leading to Kaloy Village are still unpaved and dirt roads, adding to the adventurous feel for visitors.

There are several wooden gazebos for resting, a parking area managed by residents, and small stalls owned by local residents offering snacks and signature Acehnese coffee.
