For tourists coming from Baubau City, the journey can begin by crossing the strait using a ferry or speedboat to the port in Central Buton, followed by a land journey.

Facilities around the tourist attraction have been improved. There are permanent and safe concrete stairs to descend from the cave entrance to the edge of the pool. On the surface area, basic facilities such as parking, toilets, and changing rooms are available. Several simple gazebos or huts have also been built around the small forest area before the cave entrance, where visitors can rest after swimming.
