From Seba (the central town in Sabu Raijua), the journey to Kepo Beach can be made in about 45 minutes to 1 hour by motorized vehicle. The land route offers views of vast savanna plains with thousands of lontar trees, which are an icon of Sabu Island. The road access to the beach is mostly paved, although there are some points near the location that are still dirt or gravel roads.

Regarding facilities, Kepo Beach still has very minimal modern supporting infrastructure. There are no luxury hotels or restaurants around the shoreline yet. What is available are only a few lopo (traditional NTT huts) for shade and a simple parking area.
