During this period, the sky tends to be clear, allowing the surrounding hills and mountains in the background to be clearly visible. Additionally, the water flow is usually calmer and less murky.

On a daily basis, the best time is 06:00 to 09:00 AM. Besides the air still being very cool and fresh, visitors can witness the morning activities of fishermen harvesting fish or feeding them in the cages, providing an authentic glimpse into the socio-economic life.

Conservation and Environmental Protection

As part of the Cirata Reservoir system, environmental preservation in Jangari is a priority. The main challenges in this area are waste management from fish cages and trash from tourism activities. Currently, local management and the fishing community are beginning to implement zoning to limit the number of cages so as not to exceed the environment's carrying capacity.

Reforestation efforts on the surrounding hills are also continuously promoted to prevent sedimentation that can shallow the reservoir. Waduk Jangari has quite good accessibility from the center of Cianjur city as well as from the direction of Bandung and Jakarta. From Cianjur city center, the journey takes about 30 to 45 minutes via winding asphalt roads with beautiful rural scenery.
