Toroan Waterfall is located about 4 kilometers from the center of Ketapang District, or about a 1.5 to 2-hour drive from the center of Sampang Regency. The road access to the location is already quite good and can be traversed by two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. Its location on the main Pantura (North Coast) Madura highway makes it very easy to find.

The facilities currently available are quite adequate for tourist comfort, including:
